Caregiver / HHA / CNA / Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance


• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation


• Offer transportation services and companionship


• Help clients with mobility and exercise routines


• Report client status updates to nurses and supervisors


• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure client confidentiality

Requirements to Join BrightStar Care:

• Current Indiana HHA license (required)


• 1 year of experience as a caregiver, home health aide, HHA, or CNA


• High school diploma or GED


• CPR certification, negative TB test, and recent physical


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle


• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform mobility-related tasks


• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working as a caregiver, home health aide, HHA, or CNA in private homes, assisted living, or healthcare facilities is highly valued.
