Ongoing: $100 for EVERY caregiver you refer
Special: Earn $19/hour when working with private pay clients (instead of standard $16)

Primary service areas: Akron, Barberton, Copley, Cuyahoga Falls, Hartville, Hudson, Kent, New Franklin, Norton, Rootstown, Silver Lake, Stow, Tallmadge, and Uniontown

What You ACTUALLY Do:
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming
Meal prep and light housekeeping
Companionship and grocery trips
Build lasting relationships with 2-4 regular clients
Work independently without supervisors breathing down your neck

Valid Home Health Aide Training Certificate (30/60/70/75-hour)
Certificate signed by RN (unless completed online)
Valid Driver's License (not expired, suspended, or revoked)
Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
Pass standard background checks (DODD, DRC, Exclusion List, Nurse Aide Registry, Offender Watch, OIG, SAM)
Pass written & skills test at 80% (unless you have previous results)
Commit to minimum 20 hours per week

We're a small, family-owned company (since 1998), not a corporation.
We DON'T offer: PTO, 401k, health insurance, or career advancement
We DO offer: Total schedule control, guaranteed hours, respect, and steady W-2 employment

Refer private pay clients:
If you work with them: Earn $19/hour for those shifts + referral bonus based on their hours
If you don't work with them: Earn $75-$1,500 referral bonus based on their hours
Refer insurance clients: $100 after their first month
Refer other CHHAs OR STNAs: $100 when they hit 30 days
Some CHHAs make an extra $500+/month just from referrals
After orientation and fingerprinting, you'll start with 1-2 weeks of fill-in assignments covering for existing clients. This means:
Immediate earnings at $16/hour
Flexibility required on locations and times initially

Proving reliability before permanent placement
After successful fill-ins, we match you with permanent clients based on YOUR confirmed preferences.
