Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and communicate changes appropriately

Minimum Qualifications:
• HHA Certificate
• CPR Certification
• Level II Background Screening
• TB Test (within 6 months)
• Physical – Free of Communicable Disease Statement (within 1 year)
• Own Vehicle
• Valid Driver’s License
• Auto Insurance
