Location: Armada, Michigan
Shift: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Schedule: 4 days per week

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care and assistance to an individual in a home setting in Armada, Michigan. We are offering consistent overnight hours on a part-time schedule with an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, reliable, and committed to providing quality care while maintaining the individual's comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and companionship.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Help with safe mobility and transfers, if required.
• Monitor the individual's comfort and safety throughout the shift.
• Assist with toileting and other nighttime needs.
• Report any changes in condition or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in patient care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
• Must be able to work overnight hours from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks
