Qualifications:

• Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form or be willing to obtain

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities as needed
• Administer medication under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare professional
• Help clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Tasks & Duties:

• ADL's: Activities of Daily Living
• IADL's: Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
• Possible RN delegation of activities
