Position: Home Health and Hospice Community Liaison
Pay Range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually + incentive structure
Schedule: Full-time
The Home Health and Hospice Community Liaison plays a key role in driving growth by developing strong relationships with referral partners, educating the community about hospice services, and representing Sequoia Hospice with professionalism and compassion. This role requires a balance of healthcare knowledge, outreach, sales strategy, and communication.
