Home Health Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed.


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to nursing staff or supervisors.


• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Hartland, MI.


• Two forms of ids 


• Background check .
