Home Health Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Assistant to provide personalized care and support to our clients in Farmington Hills, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their health, wellness, and independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to healthcare professionals


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare team members


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress

Requirements

• Compassionate attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Farmington Hills, MI


• Ability to pass background checks
