Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one personal care and home management as outlined in the care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, leisure activities, and socialization.
• Support seniors with shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Ensure client safety at all times.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, warm, and accepting attitude toward people.
• Ability to respect the confidentiality of patients and families.
• Communicate program participant’s progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.
• Compassionate, caring, and empathetic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
