We’re interviewing immediately for 2 new RN and LPN Home Health Case Manager opportunities with a small, well established, and highly rated Home Health company serving patients in Amador & Calaveras Counties. They’re a great company that really does treat their employees and patients like family.

We welcome new-grads and seasoned nurses from all fields of nursing who would like to work in home health
(excellent training provided).

These are 95% remote based positions with only very limited requirements to report to the office.

8-5 Monday through Friday schedule.
