BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Associate/ Rehab Manager to fill the position of Clinical Associate/ Rehab Manager for our Yorktown, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Frederick, Montgomery, and Washington counties. As a Clinical Associate/ Rehab Manager you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.

Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Yorktown, VA and other surrounding areas.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse, PT, ST or OT with 2 years experience
Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
Medicare OASIS knowledge or experience highly preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
