Job Description - Home Health Compliance Administrator

We are a compassionate and dedicated adult daycare center committed to providing high-quality care and services for seniors and individuals with special needs. Our goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and engaging environment to enhance the well-being and quality of life for those in our care.

Hours of Operation: 930 am to 6 pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Compliance Administrator to oversee the healthcare compliance of our adult daycare center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory knowledge, as well as experience managing administrative tasks in a healthcare or adult care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing and safety requirements.
  • Supervise and support staff, ensuring they adhere to care standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records for clients, staff, and facility operations.
  • Oversee scheduling, admissions, and billing processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to families and address concerns or inquiries.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or management role within an adult daycare, healthcare, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for adult care centers.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive, caring environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and databases.
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented with a strong focus on client care.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
