Home Health Director of Clinical Services

We are looking for a experienced Home Health RN Clinical Director to join our team. Must hold an active Nevada Registered Nurse license. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents.

Full-Time- Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Must be flexible and reliable)

At least 2+ years of Medicare Home Health experience required.

Excellent understanding of Home Care regulations, OASIS and PDGM.

Manage clinical Staff and direct reports.

Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.

Assist Administrator as needed.
