Your Role as Director of Nursing (DON)

• Oversee nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides, and social workers


• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor clinical staff to support ongoing excellence


• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards


• Conduct patient assessments, address concerns, and maintain high patient satisfaction


• Collaborate with leadership to optimize staffing, quality, and financial resources


• Optimize financial resources to enhance care delivery

What We’re Looking For in Director of Nursing (DON)

• Active RN or BSN license in Texas and current CPR Certification


• 
  5+ years of nursing experience in home healthcare


• 
  1-2 years of supervisory experience in as a Direcor of Nursing or 2+ years leadership experience as Direcor of Nursing or similar clinical management role
  

• Strong understanding of state and federal home health regulations


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Passion. Motivation and Enthusiasm for helping Interim HealthCare grow into the best and largest home health agency in El Paso
