Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. 
- Oversee daily operations, including service delivery, staffing, and financial management. 
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in home care. 
- Foster relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners to enhance service offerings and community presence. 
- Manage budgeting and financial planning, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization. 
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion. 
- Drive fundraising efforts and grant writing to secure additional resources for program expansion. 
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes, advocating for the organization’s interests.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the home care or healthcare sector. 
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations and best practices. 
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for serving the community. 
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance. 
- Experience in fundraising and community engagement is a plus. 
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
