We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and caring individual to join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
Have a current valid Arizona State Board of Nursing LPN License
Possess a current valid Arizona Driver's license
Have reliable personal transportation with auto insurance
Have a current CPR
Have, or be able to obtain, a TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing school program for a licensed practical nurse course of study.
