Interim HealthCare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time home health nursing position in Wayne County, PA. This home care nurse role offers a Monday through Friday day shift, full benefits, and an on-call rotation, providing consistent hours and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

Requirements for the Home Health LPN:

• Active nursing (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania


• Experience in home health, visiting nurse, or clinical nursing preferred


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Ability to work independently in the field


• Strong communication and time-management skills
