The Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are hiring experienced and compassionate LVNs to provide direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Santa Clarita and surrounding areas. You’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and within a collaborative, supportive care team.

Responsibilities Include:

  Deliver high-quality, hands-on care based on individualized patient care plans

  Collaborate closely with RNs and other members of the home health team

  Accurately document visits, assessments, and treatments in a timely manner

  Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  Current and active California LVN license in good standing
