Amcare Pro Home Health is a mid-size home health care company with offices in East Texas and Dallas. We are currently interviewing for a FT/PRN LVN Field Nurse position.
We are looking for a candidate that not only possesses the clinical background but also has the leadership qualities & skills to grow with the company. We are looking for a team player that doesn't hesitate to take the initiative, plays an active part in contributing to the company's growth. Previous Home Health Care experience is a must. Familiarity with electronic charting (AXXESS/WELLSKY) is a plus.
Job Details
The LVN will be required to perform home health follow-up visits and report to the RN. The LVN must have knowledge/experience with home health forms, Medicare guidelines, rules & regulations.
Qualifications
1. Must currently be licensed in the state of Texas
2. Should have at least 1 year of clinical experience
3. Prior Geriatric home health care experience is a preferred
4. Should have Reliable Transportation & Car insurance
5. Must be able to pass background check & have valid CPR
6. Bilingual is a PLUS

We also provide Supplemental Staffing to facilities.
We are a family-owned agency certified by Medicare. Our caregivers, nurses & therapists are highly trained and are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience before they can join our team.
