RN Home Health Duties & Responsibilities:

patient education
medication administration
wound care
post-surgical care
skilled nursing care / direct patient care
patient follow-up
OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
Additional duties as assigned
RN Home Health Required experience:

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
Experience with Home Health nursing and OASIS experience preferred, however, we will consider candidates with ICU, ER, med/surg or related experience
As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
