Position Overview:
Attractive Compensation: Earn between $70.00 - $85.00 for each routine visit.
Availability: 10-20 visits to start and potential to grow into full-time
Flexible Scheduling: Tailored to promote a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to reach your professional aspirations.
Your Contribution:
As an Occupational Therapist serving the communities of Greely and Loveland, you will engage with clients in their homes, aiding them in regaining independence and enhancing their daily living skills. You will play a vital role in their journey — providing support, motivation, and empowerment throughout.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
Develop and execute customized treatment plans that motivate clients to reach their objectives.
Deliver hands-on therapy that significantly enhances clients' ability to complete daily tasks.
Instruct clients and their families on home exercise routines and adaptive equipment to enhance their progress.
Document every aspect of your clients' journeys and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep them on the road to success.
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional care.
A current Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
Experience in home health or a related area
Great communication and people skills
Skills in managing electronic medical record documentation
A flexible and adaptive approach to cater to the unique needs of each client
