Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for in-home therapy visits.

With each appointment, evaluate the level of function and help develop/update the care plan

Complete initial comprehensive assessments as needed and report back to the Administrator

Maintain a positive and joyful attitude at all times, respecting the needs of each individual patient while providing personalized treatment

Partner with family members and other members of the healthcare team to promote the patient's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals

Write and submit proper progress reports.

Requirements

Current, valid FL Occupational Therapist license

Valid driver's license

Valid BLS CPR certification

Able to produce all credentials prior to seeing first patient: Current Physical, TB or chest x-ray.

Level 2 Background Screening w/prints or able to pass one

Flexible schedule

Great organization skills and ability to write detailed reports

One year of proven experience working with seniors preferred but not required

One year as a licensed therapist preferred but not required
