Reliant Healthcare Group is dedicated to unlocking the full potential in every child. We’re actively seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing pediatric team.
Our Intake Team thoughtfully builds caseloads near your home to minimize drive time and maximize the time you spend doing what you love — helping children grow, develop, and succeed. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed OT in a supportive, collaborative environment.
$40-$50/hr. | Full-time and part-time opportunities available
What You’ll Do
Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed OT
Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to promote participation and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Who We’re Looking For
Active COTA certification and valid Texas state license
Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
Energetic, patient-centered professional comfortable working in home settings
Patient Population
You’ll work with children (ages 0–21) with diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, and fine/gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements
Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods
Walk and run for extended periods
Transition independently from sitting to standing
Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans
Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment
Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper
Perform data collection using electronic devices
