This is a Full-Time mobile PT position based in Naples, FL. This is a role where the provider will offer 1 on 1 care in patients' homes with our “outpatient in the home” service.
You will be responsible for managing the patient experience and providing clinical care from initial appointment, throughout an active plan of care and onward through post course of care touch points with a focus on retaining clients. This will involve developing deep and meaningful relationships with patients, delivering a premium patient experience and providing exceptional clinical care with a focus on the foundations of manual therapy and exercise. Our providers need to create the type of experience that customers can’t wait to come back to, will be happy to pay for and happy to tell others about.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Education: Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Licensure: Physical Therapy License in FL Required
- Experience: >1 years in Outpatient Orthopedics Required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including empathy and communication
