Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
Location: North Kansas City, MO & KS Region
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $55-$64 per point (Approx. $85,500-$100,000 annually)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.45/mile (excluding commute to/from home)

We are actively hiring a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist to join our growing team in the North Kansas City region including Liberty, Platte City, Excelsior Springs, Blue Springs, and Independence.

Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide in-home care to geriatric patients recovering from joint replacements, experiencing fall risks, dementia, and other general rehab needs. This role is structured on a pay-per-visit point system with flexible scheduling and no weekend or on-call work.

Requirements

• Licensed PT in Kansas and Missouri
  
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  
• CPR certification
  
• 2-step TB test
  
• Home Health experience is a plus but new grads are welcome!
  

Travel

• Daily mileage: Around 50-70 miles
  
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.45/mile
