Home Health Physical Therapist - Contract Position

We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Southwest Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The therapist will provide treatment for an adult and geriatric population with approximately 5-6 patients per day. Candidates must have experience in home health.
