Home Health Physical Therapist - Full-time

Work experience in hospitals, home health (2 years), assisted living, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers is highly preferred.

Immediate opening across the state in Columbus, Augusta, Sandersville, Hartwell, Kennesaw, Pooler, and Eastanollee.

• Valid PT license in the state of employment
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Home Healthcare experience (2 years with Oasis working knowledge is a plus)
• EMR experience (Homecare-Homebase EMR is a plus)
• Must be able to pass background check
