Home Health Physical Therapist - Travel Position  

Location: Fort Stockton, TX 

Job Type: Travel Contract   

Duration: 13 weeks  

Shift: 5x7s 

Pay: $2475/week  

Job Description:  

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. The PT will evaluate patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a home health setting.
