Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Oxnard/Ventura, CA and surrounding areas 

Schedule:  Per Diem  

Salary Range: $100-200 per visit

We’re currently looking for per-diem Registered Nurses (RN).

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.


• Initiate case findings, health education, and counseling to promote overall well-being.


• Provide direct patient care that supports life and restores health.


• Collaborate with healthcare teams and function under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director of Nursing (DON).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing recognized by the National League for Nursing.


• Current and active nursing license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.


• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.


• Public Health Nurse certification preferred.


• Demonstrated good physical and emotional health.


• Must meet all educational and experience requirements as outlined by state licensing regulations.


• Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
