Job Description:

We're seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our client’s home health team for weekend shifts. You'll be a significant part of their mission, providing tailored nursing care to patients in their homes in and around Irwin, PA. Your expertise in home health or acute care settings will be highly valued as you make a direct impact on patient well-being.



Key Responsibilities:

- Lead patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality management and delivery.

- Provide timely and critical charting of patient care.

- Efficiently manage your schedule to meet the needs of patients.

- Support local travel to visit patients within the designated area.



Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Nursing.

- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.

- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

- Excellent self-management skills to effectively manage time and schedule.

- Previous experience in home health, skilled nursing facility, or acute care environments preferred.



Schedule:

This is a weekend position with a 40-hour work week, offering work-life balance without on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts.



Travel:

You will need to travel locally as needed to provide care.
