Description of the role:

As a Home Health Registered Nurse at Senior Helpers Maine LLC in Penobscot county of Maine, you will be responsible for providing essential care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly


• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Maine


• Prior experience in home health or a related field


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
