Job description

Job Duties:

• Review/submit nursing documentation
• Keep Physician Book updated
• Clear Assessments and other alerts daily
• Aide Skills Check (annually and upon hire)
• Review and sign service records (weekly)
• Assist with client chart audits
• Preform Initial Assessment Visits and Supervisory Visits
• Review new client's referral paperwork

Requirements:

• RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• CPR
• TB
• 2 years or more of experience in the home care setting
• Willing to travel 30-40 miles from the office

Job Type: Paid per visit

Pay: RN: Initials $100 per visit + mileage

Supervisory visits $65.00 per visit + mileage ($0.70/mile
