Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

Location: Ocala, FL

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Hours: 40 hours per week

Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a Clinical Care Coordinator position in Ocala, FL. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized home care treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to design individualized home care treatment plans.
Efficiently document and track patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
Administer medication and provide essential wound care as required.
Utilize your expertise in OASIS and HCHB for accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Florida.
Minimum of one year of recent home health experience.
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
