We are seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Home Health team in Topeka. What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Assist with intake, chart reviews, clinical calls, and billing processes
• Serve as a resource for field nurses, fostering a supportive and collaborative care environment
• Take part in shaping patient care by problem-solving and guiding best practices in home health
• Participate in office duties and special projects that keep our team running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN License (Kansas or Compact State)
• 2+ years of skilled home health experience (required)
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to multitask and think critically
