BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care services in the Solvang/Buellton area. Our independently owned and operated agency is known for its team of caring and professional nurses, and we are looking for an RN who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care.

About the Job:
We have an immediate need for an RN to provide a 2-3 hour home visit once a day in the mornings, starting at 9 AM. The patient is a **non-verbal adult** who requires **G-tube feeding and medication management**.

Responsibilities:
- Administer G-tube feeding and medication management
- Monitor the patient’s overall health and status of chronic conditions
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted California RN license
- 1-5 years of nursing experience** (home health experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
