Job Title: RN Visit Nurse – Flexible Scheduling + $4,000 Bonus

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Location: Minnesota (various counties served)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) + Weekend and On-Call Availability

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually + $4,000 in first-year bonuses

Your Role Includes:

• Performing skilled nursing assessments, wound care, med management, and other treatments
  
• Updating care plans and providing accurate EMR documentation
  
• Teaching families about medication, care practices, and recovery goals
  
• Collaborating with physicians and support teams to deliver seamless care
  

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
  
• Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle
  
• Home health experience preferred but not required
