Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care? Our client is seeking a dedicated RN to join their team on a full-time basis. If you have an associate degree or higher, a valid RN license in Pennsylvania, and at least 1 year of experience in areas such as Clinical Documentation, Clinical Informatics, or Clinical Quality, we want to hear from you!

Overview:
As a valued member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton, PA, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate support to patients, managing critical deadlines for charting, and self-managing your schedule effectively.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• 1+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation, Clinical Informatics, or Clinical Quality
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Other EMR, or Practice Partner EMR
• Valid American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS) and American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications
• Comfortable with required travel for the position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
• Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas
• Drive to/from patient locations (~20% of the day)
• Meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self-manage time and schedule effectively

Schedule and Shift Details:

• On-call: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm + 8 units on Saturday + 8 units on Sunday, with 2 holidays per year
