Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage schedules for nursing staff providing in-home care
• Coordinate and communicate with nurses, clients, and families to ensure timely service
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with company policies
• Provide occasional administrative support as needed
• Participate in on-call weekend rotation as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in scheduling or administrative coordination (healthcare or home health preferred)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Team player with a compassionate and empathetic mindset
