We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) with recent Home Health experience provide care to 13yr CP patient in their homes and attend school during the school year in the Yucaipa area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess patient's condition during every visit and chart observations

Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs

Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing

Administer injections, blood draws and IV’s when appropriate

Provide appropriate timely feedback to RN Case Manager and other professionals

Qualifications and Skills:

CA Vocational Nurse license required

1+ yr experience in Home Health

Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray

COVID Vaccine

Physical examination within 6 months

Health Care Provider CPR Certification

Ability to travel (locally) with reliable transportation

Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
