Arbor Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate speech-language therapists to join our team in providing community-based (home health) services to clients in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home settings.Essential Duties:

-Conduct assessments to determine clients' speech, language, and communication needs.-Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' goals.-Provide therapy services to clients in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.-Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support clients' progress and carryover of skills.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.-Provide education and training to families and caregivers as needed.-Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.Qualifications:

-Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.-Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.-Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).-Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home health settings.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.-Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) a plus.About Arbor Therapy:
