Position Overview

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Oahu.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through personalized care.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform speech-language pathology evaluations and reassessments

  
  


• 
  

  Develop individualized treatment plans

  
  


• 
  

  Treat swallowing disorders and communication impairments

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients and caregivers

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Current Hawaii SLP license

  
  


• 
  

  CCC-SLP preferred

  
  


• 
  

  One year of clinical experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Home health experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and documentation skills
