What You’ll Do...

• Supervise and mentor home health nursing staff.


• Oversee clinical assessments and coordinate individualized care plans.


• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.


• Review and approve clinical documentation (OASIS) for accuracy and timeliness.


• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

What We’re Looking For...

• 
  License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.


• 
  Experience: Previous home health experience required; supervisory background preferred.


• 
  Knowledge: In-depth understanding of home health regulations and clinical standards.


• 
  Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.


• 
  Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
