Home Health Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Worker to provide in-home care and support to our clients in Hartland, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their independence in a safe and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Help with mobility and transferring clients as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life


• Follow care plans established by healthcare providers and ensure client safety at all times

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Two forms of valid Ids


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Hartland, MI


• Pass a Background check
