Home Health Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Worker to provide in-home care and support to our clients in Troy, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.


• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.


• Prepare meals and help with feeding as necessary.


• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities if needed.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Troy, MI.


• Must be compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.


• Background check and drug screening may be required.
