Home Health/Hospice RN

Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring Home Health/Hospice RN for a prominent Healthcare Organization in Newport Beach, CA

***Compensation: $60-65/Hr. + Overtime Optional + Top Healthcare Benefits in the Field + Mileage Expense.

Job Duties: 

• Provide direct patient care following the Nurse Practice Act in the Home Health and/or Hospice environment
• Collaborate with other disciplines on the case to ensure and deliver safe, timely, and appropriate quality patient care
• Create Plan of Care upon initial patient assessment and report to Care Team
• Provide medication management that includes IV Infusions, nursing interventions, pain management, specimen collection, teaching, and discharging upon completion of a plan of care
• Communicate and consult with Primary Care Physician as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of Acute Care OR Home Health/Hospice Experience
• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• CA RN License
