Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and reliable Customer Service

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for

connecting with and assisting people as they ensure an amazing customer experience

for our customers from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information to
customers.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on available services.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals to ensure timely and efficient completion of

projects.


Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in the company database.



Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and

exceptional service.

Qualifications


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a
fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues and achieve their goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer
expectations.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience.
