Your Role:

• Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate interest in our energy products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with potential customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Support: Work closely with our Solar and Pool Consultants to schedule appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement, or related fields is a plus.
• Canvassing Skills: Strong background in door-to-door canvassing or outside sales preferred.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage potential customers.
• Technical Knowledge: Technical sales knowledge is a bonus.
• Language Skills: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
