Job Summary

Lead. Sell. Build. Be a Founding Force in a New Market!

Five Star Bath Solutions is continuing to expand, and we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representatives
to meet with homeowners, present our bathroom remodeling solutions, and close deals. This is a consultative sales role — not door-to-door. You’ll run company-provided leads, guide homeowners through design and pricing options, and help them transform their bathrooms.

If you’re a top-producing closer who thrives on leading by example, this is your chance to own your market, grow your income, and create something big in a booming industry.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads and sell directly to homeowners

Present design options, pricing, and financing clearly and confidently

Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results

Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals

Follow up on open quotes (“rehash” opportunities)

Earn commissions on your sales

What We’re Looking For:

A top closer ready to sell and lead from the front

Strong communication and persuasion skills with middle- to upper-income homeowners

Comfortable presenting investment-level purchases ($10K–$25K+)

Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)

High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality

Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)

We are your local bathroom remodeler specializing in all things bathroom remodeling including tub to shower conversion, bath tub to shower conversion, small bathroom remodels, safety bath installation, new shower installation, and more.
