Currently, 5 Pillar Solutions has a full time position available for a Home Improvement Sales Trainee. The Home Improvement Sales Trainee will be based out of our office. We believe in providing everyone with an opportunity to learn, expand their professional skills, and have fun doing it! We are looking for a Home Improvement Sales Trainee to support our Senior Client Service Managers oversee the successful completion of our clients customer outreach initiatives in the local area.

Home Improvement Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• Execute promotional outreach campaigns with fellow team members to aid in developing an engaging brand identity and larger customer base
• Create excitement around our clients brands with the goal of increasing potential new customers 
• Give quick presentations to potential customers with the goal of promoting our clients brand and generating interest in their services 
• Track and manage all customer questions and concerns
• Suggest ways to expand our clients potential outreach in the local market
• Stay in compliance with all company and client standards
• Follow all of our client and company guidelines
• Work with fellow team members to oversee the day to day operations of an assigned territory

Home Improvement Sales Trainee Preferred Skills:

• Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred
• The ability to problem solve and think critically is a must
• Experience in client or brand management
• Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups people
• Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people
• A strong desire to work in marketing, business development or brand management
• A passion for helping others and giving back to the community

Home Improvement Sales Trainee Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time hours
• Must be able to work in-office and at our events
• Must be able to travel locally
• Must be a team player
