Job Description - Home Infusion Billing Coordinator Remote

Home Infusion Billing Coordinator (Remote, U.S.)

Are you an experienced home infusion billing professional with 2+ years of direct billing and accounts receivable experience? Join our team as a Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement for infusion therapies. This is a remote, full-time role with a pay rate up to $25/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end billing and reimbursement for home infusion services.
  • Resolve complex claims and denials, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to remove reimbursement barriers.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) records and track performance metrics.
  • Utilize Brightree or similar home infusion billing platforms to optimize claim processing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct home infusion billing experience.
  • 2+ years in maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Strong Accounts Receivable (payor collections) and front-end billing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Brightree (or equivalent) platform experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience may substitute.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with national home infusion providers (e.g., CVS/Coram/Quorum).
  • Proven ability to reduce denials and improve AR outcomes.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
